RETURNS
We don’t do returns for change of mind.
if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can return it for a store coupon of equal value. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
To be eligible, you must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted, no exceptions.
Raise your request within 60 hours of delivery at support@voidt.com with your order number and unboxing video attached.

- manufacturing defect
- wrong item delivered
- damaged in transit
items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or colour? We’ve got you.
Raise your exchange request within 60 hours of delivery. A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged for the exchange, paid by you at the time of request. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process the swap subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been packed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
STORE COUPONS
approved return requests are settled via a Voidt store coupon for the full product value. Coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any product on Voidt.com.
No monetary refunds are issued.

One flag worth knowing: the unboxing video requirement is your strongest fraud protection, smart call. Just make sure it’s communicated clearly at checkout and in your order confirmation email too, not just the policy page. Customers who don’t know about it beforehand will push back hard when they try to raise a claim without one.
