PAYMENTS & ORDER POLICY
voidt.com operates on a prepaid-only basis. we do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding purchase agreement with VOIDT Garments. All payments must be made through accepted Payment Instruments using legitimate funds.
Your payment details are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. VOIDT Garments does not store card or banking information. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your payment instrument.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE COUPONS
VOIDT Garments does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the only recourse available is a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- a valid unboxing video must be submitted as proof. requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
- the request must be raised within 60 hours of delivery.
- approved return claims will be settled via a VOIDT store coupon equivalent to the product value, valid for 12 months.
- size or colour exchange requests attract a flat ₹70 shipping fee, payable by the User.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS
as a User of this platform, you agree not to:
