DELIVERY TIMELINE

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is typically faster; tier-2 and tier-3 locations may take up to 7 business days.

All delivery dates provided at the time of checkout are estimates. while we work with reliable logistics partners to meet these timelines, VOIDT is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid orders — free shipping, no minimum order value.

We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid to be eligible for free shipping.

NON-DELIVERY

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately at support@voidt.com with your order number. We will investigate with our logistics partner and update you within 2 business days.
